This Aramis Collector Cabernet Sauvignon, is a barrel selection of some of the the best Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from our family vineyard. Characterised by its classic structure and depth the nose offers up a robust bouquet of dark fruits; blackcurrant and black cherry, complemented by aromatic layers of cedar, tobacco, and a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, dark chocolate, plum, and a trace of vanilla. The tannins are pronounced yet refined, providing a firm backbone that promises good aging potential. The finish is long and memorable, marked by a delightful mingling of fruit, spice, and herbal notes.
