This Aramis Collector Shiraz/Viognier, is an annual release of some of the best Shiraz fruit that enters our winery, which we co-fermented with whole bunch Viognier (5%), in a Northern Rhone style.
This vintage typically exudes aromas of vibrant red berries, violets, and a touch of apricot, courtesy of the Viognier component. On the palate, expect a smooth and silky texture that carries flavors of ripe plum, raspberry, and a hint of peach, along with subtle floral notes. The Viognier also lends a slight creaminess and enhances the complexity of the wine. Tannins are well-integrated and soft, making for a beautifully rounded mouthfeel. The finish is graceful and persistent, with a delicate spiciness and a refreshing acidity
